Did class 12 marks are considered provided if 2 students get the same marks in ailet entrance exam,provided one % is 85% and others 90%?

Yes, 12th Class marks will be considered in 2 places in AILET. Firstly, the eligibility criteria laid out for AILET specifies that you need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 50% marks in your 12th board to be eligible for admission. Also, in case two students score the same marks in the entrance test, the student scoring more in 12th boards will be given a higher merit. Hence these marks will be used as a Tie breaker.
