Hey, for most of the reputed institution like DU, JNU, UoH, EFLU, Jamia Millia Islamia university there will be the entrance exam for PG English. The candidate should score at least 50% to be eligible to write the entrance exam, it also depends on the university you apply to. So with 66%, you will easily be eligible to write an exam in any of these universities or any university for that matter.
