Hello. You are eligible for MHT CET even if you are not a resident of Maharashtra. But you must fulfil all the eligibility criteria. You must score atleast 50% in higher secondary and MHT-CET (combined)/diploma in Engineering and Technology/BSc. It is conducted in Maharashtra only in various different cities like Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Nashik etc .
