Did private veterinary colleges require qualification of any entrance exams ?

It is mandatory to clear entrance exam for pursuing veterinary course as some universities admit students on the basis of entrance exam conducted by state government of the state in which college is situated while some universities conduct entrance examination itself to provide admission so candidate need to clear the entrance exam for pursuing veterinary course.
