Didn't qualify my gate exam should I have any chance of getting admission in this college for Mtech in power system

For Mtech the cutoff for COE Pune is simillar to of NIT's. So, if you are not qualified for the GATE exam then i am sorry you can't get into COE Pune considering any category.
