B.Sc Computer Science is a 3-year undergraduate degree. The curriculum of this degree majorly focuses on the basic concepts of computer science. Major topics include Disk Operating Systems, Control Structures and Programming Concepts. This course teaches one about computer applications but it doesn't cover coding in detail whereas B.Tech Computer Science is all about coding.

B. Tech Computer Science is a 4-year undergraduate professional course. This involves studying computer science in more depth as compared to B.Sc Computer Science. The concepts of hardware, software and applications- all fall under this course. In India, B.Tech Computer Science was one of the first courses offered in the field of computer science. Major topics in this course include Data Structures, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Database Management Systems and Digital Circuits & System.

The core difference between the 3 computer courses is their area of focus. While B.E concentrates on applications of computers, B.Sc Computer Science puts emphasis on concepts and B.Tech CS is based on intensive programming and software/hardware knowledge.

B.E stands for Bachelor of Engineering while B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology. These degrees are typically awarded to the students of engineering upon completion of course. It would be important to notice that the engineering course differs in different states all over India and all the leading independent Universities in India have their own courses. So there's no 'real' difference between these two degrees.
There are several colleges that offer B.E, which is more common among these two degrees while the IITs and other leading institutes offer B.Tech. Chemical engineers typically get the B.Tech degree while most other engineering disciplines are awarded the B.E degree.

For example in Telangana there are two gov. Universities one is Osmania University and another is JNTU so there are many colleges affiliated to these universities, now the thing is colleges unde Osmania will offer BE certificate and colleges under JNTU will offer BTech certificate but the value of both the certificates will remain same.
