Hello Aspirant,
Neuroscience is the in-depth study of the nervous system, it’s structure, function and how it affects the behavior of a person through a series of scientific and technological experiments and tests. Neuroscience was originally a part of biology, but with significant advances in science and technology over the past few decades, it has emerged as a field of it’s own dedicated to the study of the nervous system. The field by itself is a highly interdisciplinary field and involves a multitude of subjects, ranging from the pure sciences such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics to medical studies such as Anatomy and Physiology to engineering and technology. So neurotechnology is sort of like a sub field of neuroscience which may focus more on the various machines and tools used to conduct various researches and tests. neurotechnology can be considered as an intersection of computer science, neuroscience and engineering,it is a highly specialized field .Of course, at a B.Sc level you may cover only its basics ,so it might be a bit general . In fact in both B.Sc neuroscience and neurotechnology , you would learn only basics , to learn deeper good enough to make a career out of the field , you need at least masters. Therefore basically you they both are related to each other and comes under the same subject area
Some prominent areas under Neuroscience:
Computational Neuroscience
Behavioral Neuroscience
Cognitive Neuroscience
Clinical Neuroscience
Developmental Neuroscience
Neuroengineering and many more.
To get a clear idea, I suggest you to checkout the syllabus of both courses from the respective college websites.
All the best
