Hello,
There are two courses BSc physics and BSc astrophysics are distinct
BSc Physics is a natural science undergraduate degree that focuses on the study of matter and its motion in space-time, as well as related concepts like energy and force.
A B.Sc. in Astrophysics, on the other hand, is an undergraduate degree that focuses on the physical and chemical properties of celestial bodies, as well as the natural events that occur as a result of these features.
In India, there is no such thing as a BSc in astrophysics or astronomy. In India, MSc Astrophysics is the sole option following BSc Physics or BSc Maths. After 12th grade, you will be required to study overseas for a BSc in Astrophysics. Please see which universities in other countries offer BSc Astrophysics or BS Astrophysics.
You may enrol in a BSc (Physics) programme at a university and take astronomy optional papers in the third year if they are available. Alternatively, throughout your BSc, learn basic astronomy from online sources. Internship, summer school, and winter school programmes at Indian research institutes such as RRI, ARIES, and NCRA are other options.
Hope it helped
