Hello Pranav! There is a slight difference between the three. B.Tech is more practical or application based while the other two are theoritical. Internships and industrial visits are necessary in B.Tech. while in the other two they aren't that necessary. B. Tech. is bachelor of technology, B.E. is bachelor of engineering and B.E.E. is bachelor of electrical engineering. So, in B.E.E. you get theoritical through understanding of electrical engineering. Hope this helps.
