The difference between dense regular tissue and dense irregular tissue is given below:-
* it consists of parallel fibres
* it breaks when stressed in in correct direction
* it is found in tendons and ligaments
* not distributed widely throughout the body
* it consists of network of fibres
* it can be stretched in different direction
* it is found in lower level of skin
* it is more widely distributed throughout the body
