difference between electronics and communication engineering and robotic engineering

Electronics and communication engineering and Robotics Engineering both are interrelated with each other.
According to definition
Electronics and communication engineering
Electronics and communication engineering is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components (such as semiconductor devices, especially transistors, diodes and integrated circuits) to design electronic circuits, devices, VLSI devices and their systems.
Robotics engineering
Robotics is an interdisciplinary branch of engineering and science that includes mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, information engineering, computer science, and others. Robotics deals with the design, construction, operation, and use of robots, as well as computer systems for their control, sensory feedback, and information processing usually based on printed circuit boards.
So basically ECE deals with circuits and devices whereas Robotics is a combination of different Engineering departments.
