the basic difference between natural and artificial habour is ,the place which is sheltered from the most common winds and gaints waves and with deep water is term as natural harbour and an artificial habour is that which can have intentionally constructed breakwaters, sea walls ,they can be also constructed by searching and it requires upkeep by further periodic dredging.
