Hi Divy!!

The Parachute Regiment is an airborne infantry and special forces regiment of the Indian Army while Para Commandos are trained to carry out intelligence collection, subversion and sabotage of vital enemy infrastructure and communications through deep penetration and surgical strikes behind enemy lines.

Hope you get the difference.

Hello Divy,

All paratroopers are not para SF but yes, all Para SF commandos are paratroopers. Para Special Force or Para SF is the special force team of the army. Para SF is attached to parachute regiment. Basically, the Para SF is trained in unconventional welfare. The parachute regiment consists of 9 special forces. The objective of parachute regiment is the quick development of the soldiers to attack the enemy behind enemy lines.
