Hope this helps you out
Hello Vishal
Both has it's importance.
B Tech in Food Technology has a better overall prospect as even without a master course you can enter into the indusry/job market wheresas B. Sc (Ag) graduates generally need M. Sc. (Ag) for higher positions.
Both the graduates may take any competition for which the minimum prescribed qualification is graduation in any discipline. So for administrative/bank/railway both have equal prospects. An agriculture graduate has, however, an advantage for some posts in bank especially Agriculture Officer or Extension Officer.
