Hi Ayushi,
There isn't much of a difference in jobs post MSc psychology honors and MSc psychology.
Clinical psychologist, school counsellor, Rehabilitation psychologist etc are few of the many great jobs that a psychologist can do.
Psychologists are very much in demand nowadays because of awareness of mental health as in jobs are endless and opportunities will open itself if you are passionate about helping people and working hard towards achieving it.
The only difference here is in the duration of the courses and how much effort you will have to put in to complete it. Honor courses are more in depth and detailed than an ordinary degree. Obviously It is given more preference by the employers but I would like to add its not always about the degree or the organisation from which you are pursuing your degree from, your academic performance matters most that in turn will lead to better jobs in the future. Though I would personally suggest a honor course but getting an admission will depend on the institution and their requirements that will depend on your hard work again. Consider all the aspects before diving into it.
I hope you choose wisely and give your best.
I really hope this helps.
All the very best.
