If you wish to go for an MBA in hospital administration, you will be dealing with healthcare management. There you will be studying marketing, finance, operations, HR, law aspects in the healthcare industry.
But when it comes to MSC in nursing, the story becomes different. Firstly it becomes concentrated on one domain of the hospital industry. On top of that, the degree is different. So you won't be studying the business aspects of the nursing industry. On completion of this particular course, you might get recruited as nurse practitioners or nurse anesthetists or so on.
It will be almost similar to comparing an MBA in finance and a risk analyst!
