Correct Answer: Rs. 135
Solution : Cost price of 9 articles = Rs. 13,230 Cost price of 1 article = $\frac{13230}{9}$ = Rs. 1,470 Let the selling price of one article be Rs. $x$. Selling price of 8 articles = Rs. $8x$ So, the selling price of 90 articles = Rs. $90x$ Loss $= 13230-90x$ According to the question, Loss $= 8x$ $⇒ 13230-90x=8x$ $⇒ 98x = 13230$ $⇒ x = 135$ Hence, the correct answer is Rs. 135.
