Most of the exams start at 9:00 am but there can be a little change in timetable for that you should specifically mention  your diploma course .

Please mention the name of the diploma exam about which you want to know.Generally most of the entrance exams starts at 9:30 AM and you should be present 1 hour before the exam time.
So, be present at your center by 8 AM.
