No, you won't be able to appear for the IBPS Clerk and RRB clerk exam because the basic requirement for these posts is that you must have passed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Graduation is a prerequisite for both these posts. The syllabus of the IBPS clerk exam is given below.

With reference to yoru above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that YES, you can apply for IBPS Clerk and RRB Clerk exams with any graduation degree as well as from any Diploma Degree as well.
Being a diploma holder, you can apply only for IBPS clerk and bank clerk exams . Being diploma holder you can't apply for IBPS PO post and specialist officer etc.

No, Diploma holders are not eligible for IBPS Cleark exam. M inimum education qualification required is Degree in any discipline from a recognised College or University.
Even for RRB Clerk Diploma holders are not eligible. Graduation is must.
