There are not many colleges for Diploma in polytechnic in Kerala.There are very few and all of them are listed below:-

1-IIMT Studies,Kochi.

2-Kerala Government polytechnic College,Kozhikode.

3-Government Polytechnic College,Kalamserry.

It is quite nice option to pursue Diploma in Chemical Engineering and there are many institutions in Kerela which provide the same.

Government polytechnic nodal polytechnic , Angaddippuram
Government polytechnic college , Kalamassery
Mahatma Gandhi Education foundation , Alappuzha
