It all depends on your own thoughts. For diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OG) you should have completed your MBBS degree from a recognised institution. Diploma in OG is a 2 years course after which you can set up your own clinic. You can also join any government or private hospital or pursue higher studies.
The non clinical branch in Medical field deals with Microbiology, Pathology , physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology and many more. You can choose this field if you want to follow your passion of teaching. Many medical colleges are in dire need of good medical teacher ,so this will also be good opportunity for you. Take your time  and think what you need from your life according to which you choose your field wisely.
