VITEEE Eligibility criteria is as follows:
Candidates appearing for the VITEEE in 2022 should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate)
The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) put together should be 50% for the following categories:
(a) Candidates belonging to SC/ST Community
(b)Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
CERTIFICATE TO PROVE NATIVITY should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission
In case, the mark statement is not produced by the candidates at the time of admission, the decision of the Management regarding his/her eligibility and admission to the programme shall be final.

If you satisfy both of these criterias then you are eligible to give VITEEE 2022. However, these rules are based on 2021 regulations provided by VIT Vellore and regulations for VITEEE 2022 are yet to be released.

No, diploma students cannot apply for VITEEE 2021. The minimum eligibility criteria to appear for the exam is aggregate of 60% marks in class 12.
You should have completed 12 years of schooling with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology as compulsory subjects. Candidates should have a minimum average of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Biology or Biotechnology (PCB) in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
