Correct Answer: 3 hrs
Solution : Speed of the boat in still water = 30 km/hr
Speed of the stream = 6 km/hr
Downstream speed of the boat = Speed of the boat in still water + Speed of the stream = 30 + 6 = 36 km/hr.
We will use the time-speed-distance relationship which is Time = (Distance ÷ Speed).
Time taken to travel 108 km = 108 ÷ 36 = 3 hrs .
Hence, third option is correct.
