Solution : As per the given information, the movement of Nita will look as follows –
According to the properties of a rectangle, opposite sides of the rectangle are equal, i.e., BC = AD = 5 km.
The distance that Nita has to travel to reach her destination = ED + DA = 10 + 5 = 15 km .
