Solution : As per the given information, movement of Rohan will look as follows -
In the Given Figure, A is the starting point and E is the finishing point. So, AE is the distance from the starting point.
Here, AB = CD = 3 km,
And, BC = AD = 2 km
Now, AE = DE – DA = 3 – 2 = 1 km
So, the distance from the starting point i.e. AE is 1 m.
Hence, the first option is correct.
