Correct Answer: $66\frac{2}{3}$

Solution : Total expenditure on food = 30%
Total expenditure on cloth, education and fuel = (12 + 15 + 18)% = 45%
According to the problem,
30% = $x$% of (12 + 18 + 15)%
$⇒ 30 = \frac{x \times 45}{100}$
$⇒ x = \frac{30 \times 100}{45}$
$⇒ x = 66\frac{2}{3}$
Hence, the correct answer is $66\frac{2}{3}$.
