Solution : Given: × and –, 4 and 2 I. 7 – 5 × 4 + 8 ÷ 2 II. 7 × 3 – 8 ÷ 2 + 4
After interchanging the signs and numbers, the equations become – I. 7 × 5 – 2 + 8 ÷ 4 = 35 – 2 + 2 = 35 II. 7 – 3 × 8 ÷ 4 + 2 = 7 – 6 + 2 = 1 + 2 = 3
