8 ÷ 6 × 3 + 4 – 9 = ?

After interchanging the given mathematical signs and numbers, we get –
⇒ 8 + 4 × 3 ÷ 6 – 9
⇒ 8 + 4 × 0.5 – 9
⇒ 8 + 2 – 9
⇒ 1

So, 1 is the answer to the given equation. Hence, the second option is correct.
