Solution : Given:
32 + 3 – 12 ÷ 18 × 9 = 11

Replace the given symbols according to the options one by one with the original symbols in the given equation.
First option: ÷ and –
Solving the L.H.S. of the equation –
= 32 + 3 ÷ 12 – 18 × 9
= 32 + 0.25 – 162
= –129.75 ≠ 11
Second option: ÷ and ×
Solving the L.H.S. of the equation –
= 32 + 3 –12 × 18 ÷ 9
= 35 – 24
= 11 = R.H.S.
Third option: + and –
​​​​​​​Solving the L.H.S. of the equation –
= 32 – 3 + 12 ÷ 18 × 9
= 29 + 6
= 35 ≠ 11
Fourth option: × and –
​​​​​​​Solving the L.H.S. of the equation –
= 32 + 3 × 12 ÷ 18 – 9
= 32 + 2 – 9
= 25 ≠ 11
