Correct Answer: Only II

Solution : Given:
I. 9 ÷ 6 × 4 + 2 – 5 = 16
II. 5 – 28 + 7 × 16 ÷ 4 = –103

After interchanging the mathematical signs, the equation becomes –
Equation I: 9 + 6 × 4 ÷ 2 – 5 = 16
= 9 + 6 × 2 – 5
= 9 + 12 – 5
= 16
Equation II: 5 – 28 ÷ 7 × 16 + 4 = –103
= 5 – 4 × 16 + 4
= 5 – 64 + 4
= – 55 ≠ –103

So, the second equation is not correct. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
