Correct Answer: Both I and II

Solution : Given:
Interchange the signs × and –.

I. 4 ÷ 2 + 1 × 6 – 3 = 13
After interchanging the signs the equation becomes –
4 ÷ 2 + 1 – 6 × 3 = 13
L.H.S.→ 2 + 1 – 18
= – 15 ≠ 13
II. 5 + 7 – 8 × 2 ÷ 1 = 58
After interchanging the signs the equation becomes –
5 + 7 × 8 – 2 ÷ 1 = 58
L.H.S.→5 + 7 × 8 – 2
5 + 56 – 2
= 59 ≠ 58

So, both the equations are incorrect. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
