Correct Answer: Only I

Solution : Given:
(I) Eight girls A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are sitting in a row, facing towards the north (but not necessarily in the same order).
(Left End) _, _, _, _, _, _, _, _ (Right end) (North facing row).
(II) Neither C nor D is at the extreme ends of the row. H is at the extreme right end of the row. Only E is sitting between D and F. Only G is sitting between F and H. C and A are the immediate neighbours of B.
A , B , C , D , E , F , G , H

Let's check the statements –
I. D is fourth to the left of H→True
II. D is the immediate neighbour of B→False

So, only the first statement D is fourth to the left of H is correct. Hence, the first option is correct.
