Solution : Given:
19 ÷ 2 – 35 + 10 × 6 = ?

After replacing the signs as per the direction given in the question, the equation becomes –
19 + 2 × 35 ÷ 10 – 6
= 19 + 2 × 3.5 – 6
= 19 + 7 – 6 = 20

Hence, the first option is correct.
