6th November 1925 is Friday.
First, calculate the total number of days left in the year 1925→Nov = 30 – 6 = 24; Dec = 31→24 + 31 = 55
Now, calculate the total number of days between 1926 and 1932→(7 × 365) + 2 = 2555 + 2 = 2557
(2 extra days are added as 1928 and 1932 is a leap year.)
Now, calculate the total number of days in the year 1933 till 16th Dec→
31 + 28 + 31 + 30 + 31 + 30 + 31 + 31 + 30 + 31 + 30 + 16 = 350
The total number of days from 6th November 1925 to 16th December 1933 = 55 + 2557 + 350 = 2962
Now, divide 2962 by 7, we will get 1 as a remainder.
