Solution : Given:
+ means divided by, – means add, × means minus and ÷ means multiplied by
[{(21 × 17) – (3 ÷ 2)} + (3 – 2)] ÷ 2

After interchanging the given mathematical signs, we get –
= [{(21 – 17) + (3 × 2)} ÷ (3 + 2)] × 2
= [{4 + 6} ÷ 5] × 2
= [10 ÷ 5] × 2
= 2 × 2
= 4

So, 4 is the answer to the given equation. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
