Solution : Given: The 13th day of the month is Thursday and second last is the 28th day.
Number of days between 13th and 28th = 15 On dividing 15 by 4, we get 2 as the quotient and 1 as the remainder. Add 1 to Thursday, Thursday + 1 = Friday
So, the second last day is Friday. Hence, the first option is correct.
