Correct Answer: 87.5%
Solution :
From the given graph,
The total sales of branches B1, B2, and B3 in 2010 = 105 + 65 + 110 = 280 thousand
The total sales of branches B1, B3, and B6 in 2009 = 80 + 95 + 70 = 245 thousand
The number of given branches = 3
It is given that the $x$% of the average sales of branches B1, B2, and B3 in 2010 is equal to the average sales of branches B1, B3, and B6
in 2009.
⇒ $\frac{280}{3} × \frac{x}{100} = \frac{245}{3}$
⇒ $\frac{14x}{15}=\frac{245}{3}$
⇒ $x=\frac{175}{2}$
⇒ $x$ = 87.5%
Hence, the correct answer is 87.5%.
