Conclusion (II):
Some dogs are not red – From the above diagram, it is clear that some dogs are red but it's not mentioned anywhere that some dogs are not red and we can't follow any negative conclusion from the positive statement. So, this conclusion doesn't follow.
So, only the conclusion I follow. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
