Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –
Let's analyse the conclusions – Conclusion (I): Some pencils are not books – From the Venn diagram, we can see that there is a portion of pencils within the paper that cannot be books since all papers are not books. So, this conclusion follows. Conclusion (II): All books are pencil – It is a possibility that the circle representing books is completely overlapped by the circle representing pencil.
