Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –


Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All poles are liquid – The circle of poles intersects with the circle of liquid and has only some common part between them. Therefore, some poles are liquid is correct but all poles are liquid is a false conclusion.
Conclusion (II): Some liquids are poles – The circle of poles intersects with the circle of liquid and has only some common part between them. Therefore, some poles are liquid is a true conclusion.
Conclusion (III): All liquids are white – From the Venn diagram, we can see that some part of the circle representing liquid is outside the circle representing white. So, all liquids cannot be white. So, this conclusion does not follow.

So, only conclusion II follows. Hence the second option is correct.
