Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –


Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): All M are T – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that the circle representing M is completely overlapped by the circle representing T. So, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (II): Some T are W – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing T lie inside the circle representing W while some lie outside. So, this conclusion follows.

So, both conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the second option is correct.
