Solution : According to the given statement –
Conclusion (I): Some doctors are learned people – Based on the given statements, some doctors are authors, and authors are learned people. Therefore, from this, it can be concluded that some doctors can be learned people and some learned people can also be doctors. So, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion ( II): Some learned people are doctors – Based on the given statements, some doctors are authors, and authors are learned people. Therefore, from this, it can be concluded that some doctors can be learned people and some learned people can also be doctors. So, this conclusion follows.

So, both the conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the first option is correct.
