Correct Answer: Only I follows

Solution : According to the given statement –
Conclusion I: Self-managing people do not take action without thinking.
Self-managing people regulate their thoughts and emotions. Hence, they think before making any decisions/actions. Therefore, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion II: Instant conclusions are taken by self-managing people.
Self-managing people think about every aspect before arriving at any solution. Hence, they take their time to arrive at any conclusions. Therefore, this conclusion doesn't follow.

So, from the above, we can say that the conclusion satisfies the statement. Hence, the first option is correct.
