Solution : Based on the given statements, let's analyse the given assumptions –
Assumption I: Other modes of transport are not available – In the above statement, it has not been mentioned that the metro is the only means of transport available. Thus, this assumption doesn't follow.
Assumption II: Metro services are reasonably good – In the above statement, it has been said that the metro is convenient and economical for travelling purposes. Thus, this assumption follows.

So, the only assumption II is implicit. Hence, the third option is correct.
