12 × 2 + 6 – 7 ÷ 5 = ?

After replacing the symbols as per the direction, the equation becomes –
= 12 ÷ 2 × 6 + 7 – 5
= 6 × 6 + 7 – 5
= 36 + 7 – 5
= 36 + 2
= 38

So, the value of the equation is 38. Hence, the first option is correct.
