"When'' should be replaced with ''than'' to form a pair of correlative conjunctions, as no sooner...... than is the appropriate pair of conjunctions to be used here. The sentence wants to convey that the speaker, along with the other students, stood up immediately as the teacher entered the classroom.

Therefore, the correct sentence is: "No sooner did the teacher come into the class than we stood up. "
