Correct Answer: Only conclusions I and III follow


Solution : The possible Venn diagram, according to the given statements is as follows –

Conclusion I: Some books are clowns – From the above diagram, we can see, that some parts of the circle of books are inside the clown and some parts are outside the clown. Therefore, some books are clowns follows.
​​​​Conclusion II: All books are heavy – From the above diagram, we can see that only some books are heavy not all. Therefore, this conclusion does not follow.
Conclusion III: Some trucks are heavy – From the above diagram, and given statements some heavy are trucks. So, the opposite also applies. Therefore, this conclusion follows.

So, only conclusions I and III follow. Hence, the second option is correct.
