Solution : The possible Venn diagram, according to the given statements is as follows –

Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some gold is silver – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that some parts of the circle representing gold lie inside the circle representing silver while some lie outside. So, from this, it can be concluded that some gold is silver. Thus, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (II): Some silver is platinum – From the Venn diagram, it is evident that all silver is gold and there is a negative relation between gold and platinum. So, from this, it can be concluded that no silver is gold. Thus, this conclusion does not follow.

So, the only conclusion I follows. Hence, the fourth option is correct.
