Some apples are oranges.
No orange is a grape.
Conclusions:
I. Some grapes are apples.
II. Some oranges are apples.

Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –


Let's analyse the conclusions –
Conclusion I: Some grapes are apples – From the above diagram, it is clear that there is no direct relation between the circles of apples and grapes. The circles of both are independent doesn't define any relation. So, this conclusion doesn't follow.
Conclusion II: Some oranges are apples – From the above diagram, it is clear that the circles of apples and oranges overlap some parts of both are part of each other so some oranges are apples are true and this conclusion follows.

So, only the conclusion II follows. Hence, the first option is correct.
