Solution : The possible Venn diagram according to the given statements is as follows –


Let's analyse the Conclusions –
Conclusion (I): Some C is not X – As shown in the diagram, the line having a cross between the circle of X and C shows that no X is C or vice versa. If all are not then some come by default. So, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (II): Some A are X is a possibility –  As shown in the diagram, the circles of X and A are independent and don't define any relation. If the statement is positive there is always a possibility. So, this conclusion follows.
Conclusion (III): All C is A – As shown in the diagram, the circles of C and A are overlapping which means they are some part of each other but all C and are A not true. So, this conclusion doesn't follow.

So, only conclusions I and II follow. Hence, the first option is correct.
